Mission of the American Red Cross
The American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization, led by volunteers and guided by its Congressional Charter, and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, will provide relief to victims of disaster and help people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies.
American Red Cross Northeast Wisconsin Region:
The American Red Cross Northeast Wisconsin Region is dedicated to providing relief to victims of disasters and in helping people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies.
Encompassing the Northeast corner of the state of Wisconsin and reaching into the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, the region services 20 counties. The four chapters that make up the region include the East Central Wisconsin Chapter, Lakeland Chapter, Scenic Shores Chapter, and the Outagamie Chapters. All chapters provide Disaster Services, International Services, Service to the Armed Forces and Health & Safety Education. Many chapters also have their own unique community programs that address identified needs within their communities.
